I work from home and usually prefer handling projects online, so I have been looking at different ways to get website copy written. I have never worked with an agency before, though, and I am unsure how much communication is normally involved. I recently came across an online copywriting agency while searching. If you have used one, how did the process go? Was it easy to explain your ideas and make changes, or did you find working with an individual writer simpler?
