I am planning an IT capstone project about a student help desk. I want to create a system where students can report computer problems and check updates. I found Help with IT capstone project while looking for planning advice. Should I include user accounts, ticket numbers, and email alerts? I do not want to add too many features. What would be the most important part of this project for a student to complete successfully?
